Qualifications

• Proven experience as a finisher or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of different types of finishes and application techniques.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

• Physical stamina for standing, bending and lifting for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Apply finishes such as paint, stain, or varnish to products.
• Sand, buff and polish surfaces to achieve desired smoothness.
• Inspect finished products for defects or imperfections.
• Make repairs or touch-ups as needed.
• Maintain inventory of finishing supplies and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols when handling chemicals.
