Job summary

Reditus LT in Osterøy, Norway, is seeking a CNC Operator/Programmer for a long-term role. You will set up machines, adjust settings, change tools and monitor production on CNC turning, milling and MillTurn equipment to produce precision parts.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of CNC turning/milling experience, can read technical drawings, and may work with DMG Mori, Mori Seiki, Nakamura, Fanuc or Sinumerik controls. Accommodation is provided and salary is paid monthly.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of CNC turning and/or milling experience.
Experience with precision parts manufacturing and reading technical drawings.
Experience with listed machine brands/controls is preferred.
Able to set up machines and resolve production issues.
English or Norwegian at B1 level or higher.
Willingness to assistance with accommodation.

Responsibilities

Set up machines, adjust settings, change tools, and monitor production.
Interpret drawings, measure components, and perform quality checks.
Identify and address production issues; optimize processes for experienced candidates.
Work with CNC turning, milling, and MillTurn machines.
