NTNU invites applications for a three-year Postdoctoral Fellow position in the Kavli Institute’s Aging Neuroscience Group. The fellow will investigate structural and functional neural networks underlying social and emotional processing in aging, using advanced fMRI methods and ultra-high field 7T scanning where relevant.

The role includes design and analyses, data collection, publications, funding applications, and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology, neuroscience, biomedical sciences, or related fields.
• Documentation of PhD before taking up the position.

Responsabilités

• Carry out research of excellent quality in aging-related social-emotional processing.
• Publish academic papers and disseminate findings.
• Mentoring students and advising on methodology and writing.
• Apply for research funding and report progress.
