Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years plastering experience.
• Reading blueprints/drawings is an asset.

• Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing before applying plaster.
• Mix plaster according to specifications and apply evenly.
• Smooth out bumps or imperfections using hand or power tools.
• Repair damaged or cracked plaster using appropriate techniques.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and is completed within timeframes.
• Collaborate with team members on larger projects as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
