Job summary

As a Plasterer Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of plasterers on construction sites in Alta Norway. Your main duties will include overseeing the installation and repair of plaster walls and ceilings ensuring that all work meets safety and quality standards and managing a team of plasterers to complete projects in a timely manner

• Manage a team of plasterers to complete projects within given timelines
• Train new plasterers on techniques and safety procedures

• Order necessary materials for projects and maintain inventory levels
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns
• Prepare reports on project progress budgeting and resource allocation

Requirements
