Job summary

MDE Stavanger is seeking a Completion Engineer to lead project completion and handover activities. You will establish and maintain structured handover processes in PIMS, ensuring accurate scoping and traceable documentation for Mechanical Completion, Preservation, and Commissioning.

You will coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations to secure safe, compliant handovers. The role requires a minimum of three years in oil and gas projects, strong PIMS CMS knowledge, and full English

Qualifications

• Three+ years of relevant oil & gas project experience.
• Strong knowledge of PIMS CMS.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proactive mindset with multitasking ability.
• Strong competence in LCI processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a fit-for-purpose completion and handover structure in PIMS per project requirements.
• Secure correct scoping and traceable documentation of MC, preservation, and commissioning in PIMS CMS.
• Maintain data quality and alignment between engineering, construction, and commissioning.
• Drive proper scope management and ensure handover certificates are coordinated and approved.
• Facilitate handover reviews and promote cross-team collaboration.
• Ensure HSSE and quality compliance throughout completion phases.
