Job summary

BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo, Norway, invites applications for a four-year Doctoral Scholarship within the EMANAIRE project on Futureproofing Employee Careers in the Age of Generative AI. The programme provides international supervision and a six-month intersectoral secondment within a comprehensive MSCA network.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with thesis work by the start date
• Research master's/M.Phil degree
• Comparable degree in Communication or related field

Responsibilities

• Take part in local and network-wide training, cohort activities, reviews, dissemination and practitioner engagement.
• Undertake the six-month intersectoral secondment and the separate academic mobility visit.
• Complete a doctoral thesis and related research outputs under the host doctoral programme and EMANAIRE plan.
• Engage with supervisors and BI's EMANAIRE network throughout the four-year programme.
