Job summary

The Arctic University of Norway in Tromsø invites applications for a PhD fellowship in the Department of Pharmacy within the IPSUM group. The position is for three years to complete doctoral training, starting after admission to the PhD programme.

The workplace is UiT in Tromsø, with flexible start timing after offer reception. Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in pharmacy or health informatics, with a relevant master’s thesis.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in pharmacy or health informatics or similar.
• Master’s thesis in social pharmacy, pharmacoepidemiology, epidemiology or informatics with health data.
• Applicants must demonstrate English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 3-year PhD training to doctoral level in the project area.
• Conduct research under supervision and contribute to publications.
• Work within the Department of Pharmacy (IFA) and the IPSUM group.
• Engage in project activities including data analysis and reporting.
• Prepare the required documentation for PhD admission and progression.
