Job summary

NTNU invites a highly motivated PhD Candidate to study how brain circuits in the zebrafish forebrain shape sensory processing. The project combines 3D EM reconstructions, two‑photon calcium imaging, and histology under the guidance of Professor Emre Yaksi in the Kavli Institute for Systems Neuroscience.

You will develop computational pipelines and contribute to publications while pursuing doctoral training.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience reconstructing 3D EM and data analysis software.
