Job summary

BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo invites applications for a four-year doctoral scholarship within the EMANAIRE project on AI-augmented teams. The role includes supervision across institutions, international collaboration, and involvement in three residential schools and joint workshops.

The selected candidate will join BI’s four-year doctoral programme, with 25% teaching time and a scholarship of NOK 623,200 gross per year. English proficiency and a strong research background are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with thesis in a relevant field (communication, media studies, information systems, psychology, etc.).
• Strong quantitative or mixed-methods skills and interest in measurement development and validation.
• Excellent written and oral English required for international publications and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct doctoral research within the EMANAIRE project and BI's Department of Communication and Culture.
• Publish high-quality research in international peer-reviewed journals.
• Participate in MSCA-related activities, secondments, workshops, and network training.
• Develop and validate measures of team dynamics in AI-augmented teams; contribute to tools and workshops for practice.
