Qualifications

• Experience as a Patent Attorney in chemistry/pharmaceuticals.
• Strong drafting and analytical abilities required.
• Experience advising pharmaceutical clients on patent protection for drug products.
• Contentious experience including oppositions, appeals or litigation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Advise pharmaceutical and chemical clients on patent portfolios.
