Job summary

GE HealthCare seeks an experienced Automation and BMS/EMS Engineer to maintain, program, and optimize critical control systems and validated environmental monitoring within a regulated pharmaceutical production facility.

Expertise in PLCs, building automation, and data integrity is required, with the ability to collaborate fluently in Norwegian for local regulatory communication and vendor management.

Qualifications

Experience maintaining validated automation systems in pharma/biotech.
Strong PLC/HMI skills with industrial controls and data integrity.
Regulatory knowledge: GxP, GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11.

Responsibilities

Program, configure, and troubleshoot Siemens and Rockwell PLCs and HMIs on manufacturing equipment.
Operate, maintain, and optimize Honeywell EBI for facility environmental control.
Oversee the validated FMS to track temperature, humidity, DP and particles.
Prepare IQ/OQ protocols and manage calibration and documentation.
Collaborate with vendors and QA teams; report deviations and CAPAs in Norwegian/English.
