Job summary

Azure Dine & Hire in Svalbard is seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to design personalized fitness plans, lead group classes, and coach clients toward their goals in a remote Arctic setting. You will conduct one-on-one sessions, monitor progress, educate on form, and adapt workouts for all levels.

Certifications such as NASM or ACE are preferred; biometric passport or willingness to obtain one is required.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with a recognized certification (NASM/ACE).
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and weight management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to different personalities and fitness levels.
• Passion for helping others improve health and wellness.
• Must have biometric passport or be willing to obtain one.
• Previous experience is not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create customized fitness plans for clients based on goals and abilities.
• Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions.
• Lead group fitness classes such as HIIT, strength, and cardio.
• Educate clients on form and technique to prevent injury.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans accordingly.
• Provide ongoing support and motivation to stay on track.
