Qualifications

• Certification in personal training from a reputable organization (ACSM/NASM).
• Bachelor's degree in exercise science or related field preferred.
• CPR/AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss fitness goals, health history and any limitations or injuries they may have.
• Design personalized workout programs based on individual goals, preferences and abilities.
• Demonstrate proper form and technique for exercises to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Provide guidance on nutrition and diet to support clients' fitness goals.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments to workout plans as needed.
• Motivate and encourage clients to reach their fitness goals.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, research and training techniques.
