Job description

As a Personal Trainer you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness plans and leading individual and group training sessions for clients You will motivate and educate clients on proper exercise techniques nutrition and overall health and wellness This position is located in Oslo Norway and is open to male candidates who have their own visa and are looking for a full-time job with accommodation included

Responsibilities

• Assess clients fitness levels and develop customized workout plans based on their goals
• Lead individual and group training sessions ensuring proper form and technique
• Motivate clients to reach their fitness goals through positive reinforcement
• Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and provide guidance on healthy eating habits
• Monitor client progress and adjust workout plans as needed
• Maintain a clean safe and organized workout environment
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred
• Certification from a recognized personal training organization eg NASM ACE
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a personal trainer or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of exercise physiology anatomy nutrition and health principles
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients at once
• Fluency in Norwegian is preferred but not required
