Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. seeks an experienced leader to manage projects and services across multiple teams, ensuring delivery, governance and reporting aligned with strategic objectives.

You will oversee operational delivery, resource planning and cost-efficiency while coordinating with external stakeholders, commissioners and partner organisations to drive service improvement and impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Direct line management of Project Officers and ARRS staff (e.g. social prescribers, nutritional therapists or equivalent roles).
  • Provide oversight of performance, workload, supervision arrangements and operational delivery.
  • Lead scoping, initiation, delivery, implementation and evaluation of projects and services.
  • Develop mobilisation plans, setting milestones, deadlines and allocating responsibilities.
  • Monitor progress, manage dependencies and adjust plans as required.
  • Coordinate project meetings, actions and reporting requirements.
  • Identify and manage risks and issues, supporting resolution and mitigation.
  • Evaluate effectiveness, outcomes and impact of projects and services.
  • Contribute to business cases, option appraisals and service development proposals.
  • Ensure appropriate project documentation, governance and reporting are in place.
  • Support strategic planning, identifying interdependencies, resource requirements and contingencies.
  • Demonstrate value for money and support delivery of cost-effective services.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement, innovation and transformation.
  • Provide day-to-day operational oversight of projects and services.
  • Support the management of operational queries, inboxes and escalations.
  • Coordinate problem-solving across services, teams and stakeholders.
  • Assist with the implementation of new systems, processes and service improvements.
  • Coordinate service resources, venues, equipment and logistical requirements.
  • Support organisational submissions, returns and reporting requirements.
  • Lead meetings with external stakeholders relating to project delivery and service development.
  • Represent CHE in operational and project-related discussions with external stakeholders, commissioners, and practices.
  • Support identification and procurement of goods, services and equipment, ensuring value for money and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee purchase orders and ensure expenditure remains within agreed limits.
  • Contribute to funding bids, proposals and financial planning for projects.
  • Collate and analyse performance, activity and workforce data.
  • Support completion of PCN and federation submissions and statutory returns.
  • Contribute to financial monitoring and reporting of projects and services.
  • Produce reports and insight to support decision-making, governance and performance oversight.
  • Support data collection and reporting using the clinical system EMIS where appropriate.
  • Lead meetings with internal PCN Executive Team, PCN Clinical Directors, PCN Member Practices, PCN Workforce and external NHS bodies.
