Diaverum is seeking a Front Desk / Patient Concierge for our Riyadh clinic. This full-time, on-site role supports patient arrival and departure and helps coordinate non-medical needs during treatment.

Responsibilities

• Receive patient at the clinic's main entrance and escort them to the treatment area.
• Show a welcoming attitude to the patient and their family.
• Respectfully prevent family members from entering the treatment area.
• Assist with patient needs and distribution of meals as per schedule.
• Assist patient's medication delivery and document requirements.
• Keep clinic equipment/assets (e.g. wheelchair) in good shape.
• Help with daily delivery of consumables from warehouse to the treatment area.
