This part-time role offers a monthly pay of 1000 USD, flexible hours, and the ability to work hands-on with a dedicated team. Applicants should have proven experience and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of basic repair techniques for plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols at all times.
• Physical stamina and dexterity for performing manual labor tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Inspect facilities regularly for any potential issues that may need attention.
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and other systems to identify problems and make necessary repairs.
• Repair or replace damaged fixtures such as doors, windows, locks, etc.
• Perform carpentry work such as building shelves or repairing furniture.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Purchase necessary materials and supplies for maintenance tasks.
• Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed.
