Job summary

InfluenceMap, a nonprofit think tank driving climate and sustainability research, seeks an experienced People/HR professional to be the principal contact for all people matters. The role is based in London, part-time two or three days per week, with a pattern negotiable for the right candidate.

It suits someone who has built a career in People/HR Management within a mission-driven organisation. Working with Senior Management and our external Senior HR Advisor, you will handle employee relations,

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a People/HR Management role with a strong employee relations background.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Ability to own performance and development processes end to end and manage HR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary day-to-day people contact for the London team and remotely for other offices.
• Lead employee relations, development, policy communication and documentation across offices.
• Ensure policies are current, UK-compliant and applied consistently.
• Coordinate with external HR advisor on complex matters and immigration/sponsorship where needed.
• Support Senior Management with risk assessment and proactive issue resolution.
