PPOAR is hiring a part-time Formworker in Bergen to assist with formwork construction for concrete structures. The role involves building and installing forms, measuring materials, and ensuring safety on site.

The job requires manual labor, blueprint reading, and familiarity with basic tools. Flexible part-time hours with potential overtime are offered, along with lodging arrangements for the right candidate.

Qualifications

Prior experience as a Formworker or similar role preferred.
Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
Ability to read blueprints and use basic math skills for measurements.
Familiarity with hand and power tools used in construction.
Biometric passport or valid work permit for Bergen, Norway (all nationalities welcome).
Available to work part-time hours with flexibility for occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

Assist in the assembly and installation of formwork according to blueprints and specifications.
Measure and cut materials to the required size.
Secure formwork with nails, screws, or bolts.
Pour concrete into the forms and smooth it using hand tools.
Remove formwork once the concrete has set.
Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
Follow all safety protocols on construction sites.
