Part-Time Commercial Architect

Location: USA

Salary: $1500 per month (based on experience)

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements and budget
• Create detailed architectural plans using AutoCAD or other software programs
• Oversee construction projects to ensure they are executed according to the plans and specifications
