Part-Time Civil Engineer

Location: US (Preferably US Citizen)

We are a civil engineering firm looking for a part-time civil engineer to join our team. As a part-time civil engineer, you will be responsible for assisting our team with various projects and tasks related to civil engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and assess project feasibility
• Create detailed designs and plans using computer-aided design software
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project accuracy and efficiency
• Prepare cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labor needed for projects
• Monitor construction progress and provide guidance as needed
• Conduct quality control checks on completed projects to ensure they meet design specifications and safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of experience in civil engineering
• Proficient in computer-aided design software (AutoCAD, Revit)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary

The salary for this position is $1300 per month based on 20 hours per week. Additional hours may be available depending on workload.
