Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as Architectural Technologist or similar role.
• Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and plans.
• Create detailed technical drawings using CAD software.
• Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess feasibility of designs.
• Assist with preparation of construction documents and specifications.
• Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Communicate with contractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and materials.
