Job summary

Pulse Nursing at Home provides clinically outstanding, personalised homecare to children and adults across England. As a registered paediatric nurse on shift, you will deliver high-quality, person-centered care in the client’s own home, including personal care, moving and handling, and specific clinical interventions.

You will enrich clients’ quality of life through community interaction and support in achieving their goals, while receiving in-house training, clinical supervision, and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Must be actively registered with the NMC.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience within the last 2 years (UK based).
• Experience delivering personal care and assisting with medications.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care in the client’s home.
• Assist with moving and handling.
• Support with clinical interventions as required by the client.
• Enhance quality of life through community engagement and goal achievement.
• Work in a 1:1 setting with clients.

Pay rates: from £28.37 - £34.67 per hour (including holiday pay)

We support people living with a wide range of complex conditions, helping them stay safe, independent and connected to their communities. Our healthcare assistants/support workers deliver highly bespoke care shaped around the individual needs, goals and aspirations.

As a registered paediatric nurse, you will be providing high quality, person-centered care to our clients in the comfort of their own home. On shift, you will be expected to provide personal care, assist with moving and handling and support with any clinical interventions specific to our client. Alongside, you will be expected to enrich their quality of life via community interaction and support in achieving their goals/aspirations.

Role Requirements

• Ability to provide high-quality care with compassion and professionalism
