Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Plasterer.
• Excellent knowledge of plastering techniques and materials.
• Ability to read blueprints or plans and follow instructions accurately.
• Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mark surfaces for plastering.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them.
• Mix plaster or other materials according to specifications.
• Apply plaster or other materials to walls ceilings or other surfaces.
• Smooth out imperfections and ensure even coverage.
• Create decorative finishes if required.
• Repair any damaged areas or cracks in existing plasterwork.
