Responsibilities
- Assist with patient admission and discharge procedures
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the Registered Nurse
- Administer medications as directed by the Registered Nurse
- Assist with patient hygiene and daily activities
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide quality care for patients
- Keep accurate records of patient care and progress
