Job summary

AlphaGlobal is seeking a skilled Elevator Installer to join our team in Oslo, Norway. This full-time position involves installing elevators, reading blueprints, and performing maintenance and repairs to ensure safe operations.

The successful candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical skills, and the ability to communicate well in English, with Norwegian knowledge being a plus. We offer a competitive salary and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an elevator installer or similar role.
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to read technical diagrams.
• Electrical knowledge and ability to wire components correctly.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment.
• Good communication skills in English; Norwegian is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install elevators in new or existing buildings.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Assemble elevator parts and install wiring.
• Test elevator operation and troubleshoot any issues.
• Perform regular maintenance on elevators to ensure safe operation.
• Repair or replace malfunctioning components.
• Keep accurate records of work performed.
