Job summary

PrestigeArch Luxembourg in Oslo, Norway is seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to lead our team of architects. You will oversee projects from concept to completion, ensure on-time delivery within budget, and maintain high design quality.

Strong leadership and communication are essential. The role requires a degree in architecture, 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in management, proficiency in AutoCAD, knowledge of building codes, and the ability to collaborate with clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Excellent design skills with keen eye for detail.
• Strong leadership with proven management experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar architectural software.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations and safety standards.
• Strong project management skills with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion ensuring that they are delivered on time within budget and meet client requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of architects providing guidance support and feedback to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Develop design concepts plans and specifications based on client needs and project requirements.
• Collaborate with clients contractors engineers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress address any issues or concerns that may arise during construction.
• Stay updated on industry trends new materials and technologies to continually improve the firm's designs.
• Manage project budgets schedules and resources effectively to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with building codes regulations and safety standards.
