Qualifications

• Active Florida Dental License required.
• Minimum of 5 years of extraction experience preferred.
• Experience performing both routine and surgical extractions.
• Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform simple and surgical tooth extractions
• Evaluate patients and determine appropriate treatment options
• Deliver safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care
• Explain procedures, recovery expectations, and post-operative instructions
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
• Collaborate with dental assistants and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
