Job summary

Summa Equity AS is offering a 12-month Management Intern position in Oslo to work with the Operations team on data analytics, AI initiatives, investor relations and strategic projects. This full-time internship provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced private equity environment and collaboration with senior management.

You will contribute to data analytics, AI-driven process improvements, investor materials, and cross-functional strategic work, while developing presentations and coordinating

Qualifications

• Recently completed master's degree in finance, economics, analytics, engineering or a related field.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience working closely with the COO and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Data & analytics: support firm-wide initiatives by collecting, structuring and analyzing data, and developing reports, dashboards and other analytical materials.
• AI & process improvement: explore opportunities to streamline and automate processes using AI and other digital tools.
• Investor relations: support the preparation of investor materials, quarterly updates and other communications.
• Strategic projects: contribute to key initiatives, including annual investor meeting, impact reporting and other firm-wide projects.
• Presentations & internal meetings: prepare presentations and materials for senior management, internal meetings and external stakeholders.
• Ad hoc support: assist the COO and Operations team with analyses and projects across the business.
