SecureLine is hiring a Moderator for our online community in Bergen, Norway. You will monitor and moderate content, ensure alignment with our guidelines, and engage with users to foster constructive discussions.

The role is full-time with accommodation provided; a valid biometric passport is required. Freshers are welcome to apply, and English proficiency is essential with Norwegian a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Excellent written communication skills in English (Norwegian proficiency is a plus).
• Experience moderating online communities or social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
• Ability to handle sensitive or controversial topics with empathy and professionalism.
