Qualifications

  • Experience with product development using AI tools.
  • Fluency in Norwegian is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and schedule ROV, survey, and maintenance training courses.
  • Maintain and update the annual training and competence plan.
  • Track competence levels within the company framework.
  • Align course needs with offshore rotations and trainee progression.
  • Support development of customized training and long-term strategies.
  • Collaborate with instructors and training bodies.
  • Provide visibility of competence status across crews.
  • Contribute to structured planning systems and intake schedules.
