Qualifications

• Holds the certificates, endorsements, and qualifications required for the position
• Meets company, flag state, and regulatory requirements relevant to the role
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence
• Relevant experience from similar vessel types and operations
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with DOF procedures and standards, or willingness and ability to learn
• Professional attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and safe operations
• Scandinavian language proficiency (for NOR-flagged vessels)
• Certification level as required for the vessel and position
• Any special vessel related requirement
• Paper related to this position
