Next Job Abroad is seeking a Czech-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to support European customers from Greece. You will be the voice of global brands, solving inquiries via phone, chat, and email, while ensuring high-quality, empathetic service.

The role requires Norwegian fluency (C1/C2) and solid English (B2+), with relocation to Greece and full support through the moving process. Training, growth paths, and a vibrant Mediterranean lifestyle are provided.

What You’ll Be Doing (The Role)

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the voice and face of global brands for Czech-speaking customers across Europe:

• Be the Problem Solver: Assist customers via phone, live chat, and/or email with inquiries regarding products, order tracking, bookings, or account support.
• Deliver Top-Class Service: Turn tricky situations into positive customer moments through clear, empathetic, and friendly communication.
• Troubleshoot & Guide: Walk users through basic technical issues, service setups, or account features step-by-step.
• Collaborate Globally: Work side-by-side with international colleagues in an inspiring, multicultural environment.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest brand features, tools, and updates with ongoing support.

• Fluency in Norwegian: Native or fluent (C1/C2 level) in both written and spoken communication.
• Good English Knowledge: (B2 level or higher) to navigate company systems and communicate with international team members.
• Work Eligibility: EU Passport or a valid legal work permit for Greece.
• Age Requirement: At least 18 years old.
• Digital Literacy: Comfortable navigating computers, multi-screen environments, and basic software applications.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, active listening, empathy, and a positive problem-solving mindset.
