Nordicrecruiters in Lisbon is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our international team. You will assist Norwegian-speaking customers via chat, email, and phone and help maintain high-quality service across time zones, in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues across borders, troubleshoot inquiries, de-escalate when needed, and contribute to process improvements.
