Job summary

Strawberry operates Comfort Hotel Grand Central in Oslo, seeking a Night Audit team member to welcome guests and manage overnight operations. You will handle check-ins and inquiries, while providing tips and local recommendations to create memorable stays.

The role emphasizes a friendly, energetic barception culture and collaboration with a diverse team. Working hours are 23:00 to 07:00, with opportunities for extra shifts in summer.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and basic knowledge of Norwegian.
• Hospitality or customer service experience is a bonus, but personality matters.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, no-nonsense approach to set a positive tone for the stay.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, bookings and inquiries with smooth guest experience.
• Assist guests with local tips and insider recommendations, building connections.
• Keep Barception energetic and welcoming, collaborating with colleagues.
• Shift hours 23:00–07:00, with weekends and summer extra work as needed.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcome guests with a friendly, no-nonsense approach, setting the tone for a great stay
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, bookings and inquiries, guest sales from the deli and barception keeping the guest experience smooth and seamless
• Support guests with everything from local tips to insider recommendations, creating a connection that goes beyond the basics
• Keep the Barception buzzing with energy and positivity, working closely with colleagues to maintain Comfort’s effortless, urban vibe
• Working hours from 23:00 to 07:00 according to the active rota, covering both weekdays and every other weekend. Opportunities for extra work during the summer season.

As a barception crew member at Comfort Hotel, you need to be proficient in English and have a basic knowledge of Norwegian . Additional language skills may be beneficial to your application.
