Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of networking protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain network hardware and software including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Monitor network systems performance to identify potential issues.
• Troubleshoot network and system problems and provide timely resolution.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, email addresses, and security settings.
• Ensure data backups are performed regularly and securely stored.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
