Tenth Revolution Group in Stavanger / Sandnes is seeking an experienced .NET Developer to join a multidisciplinary team delivering modern backend applications and scalable software solutions.

You will work with architects, UX designers, and frontend developers on customer projects and in-house products, with hybrid work flexibility and a strong focus on quality and delivery. Norwegian work eligibility is required.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team of developers, architects, UX designers, and delivery specialists, working on modern software solutions used by thousands of end users across Norway. Projects include innovative mobility and payment platforms, mapping applications, food and land management systems, drone technology solutions, and engineering-focused software products. The company also develops and maintains its own products and operates its own Norwegian-based datacentre.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern backend applications using .NET
• Contribute to the design and development of scalable software solutions
• Work closely with solution architects, UX designers, and frontend developers
• Participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions
• Ensure high code quality, maintainability, and performance
• Understand customer challenges and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Leverage AI tools pragmatically to improve development efficiency and delivery quality

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong background in .NET development
• Backend-focused engineering experience
• Relevant higher education (significant relevant experience may compensate)
• Ability to understand both technical requirements and business objectives
• Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams
• Norwegian language skills are strongly preferred due to customer requirements
• This position requires candidates to be based in Norway and have the right to work in the country.
