Easter n University seeks an Internship Coordinator to bridge academic CSWE standards with professional practice for MSW students. You will vet placement sites, build community partnerships, and manage affiliation processes to ensure high-quality experiences.

Reporting to the MSW Internship Director, you’ll mentor students, oversee matching, and ensure regulatory compliance while contributing to program development at Eastern University.

Qualifications

• MSW degree from CSWE-accredited program.
• Minimum of two years post-MS W practice experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to collaboration and shared decision‑making.
• Ability to work across organizational units and with diverse faculty/staff.

Responsibilities

• Site Vetting: evaluate internship sites for supervision and core competencies.
• Strategic Partnerships: represent MSW program to community agencies for long-term relationships.
• Contract Management: manage affiliation agreements and placement documentation.
• Mentorship: advise students on internship policies and align learning goals with opportunities.
• The Matching Process: assist with interview-to-match and admin review for fit.
• Compliance: ensure placements meet CSWE and university requirements.
