As a Moderator for our online community in Bergen, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and engaging environment for our members. You will monitor and moderate discussions, answer questions, and enforce community guidelines. The role is essential in fostering a sense of belonging and ensuring that the community remains a safe space for all members.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and moderate discussions within the online community
• Engage with members by answering questions, providing support, and facilitating conversations
• Enforce community guidelines to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment
• Identify and elevate any issues or concerns to the appropriate channels
• Collaborate with other moderators to continuously improve the community experience
• Stay up-to-date on current trends and topics within the community to facilitate relevant discussions

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
• Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
