- Ability to read and understand technical drawings in English

Job Description:
- Install brackets, piping supports, and other mechanical components.
- Remove existing equipment and components from rail vehicles.
- Install new train components, including antennas, speed sensors, and other technical equipment.
- Perform mechanical modifications and retrofit activities on rolling stock.
- Assist electricians with routing systems and installation pathways beneath the train.
- Carry out drilling and mechanical work in aluminum car bodies and supporting structures.
- Utilize technical drawings, digital tools, and 3D models during installation activities.
- Complete required quality and installation documentation, including signed checklists.
- Provide technical support and expertise to technicians and installers on site.
- Follow all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Trade Certificate / Vocational Qualification as a Mechanic (Fagbrev Mekaniker) or equivalent.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documentation in English.
- Comfortable using digital tools and working from 3D models.
- Experience with mechanical assembly, installation, or maintenance work.
- Experience from rail, automotive, heavy industry, manufacturing, or similar technical environments is considered an advantage.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to following safety procedures and project requirements.
