Work standard is seeking an Experienced Mason in Oslo, Norway to join our construction team. The role involves laying out foundations, mixing mortar, and building various structures according to blueprints.

You will read plans, handle tools, and work outdoors in changing weather, while maintaining safety standards. The position requires at least 3 years of Mason experience, strong masonry knowledge, and the stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Mason in a construction setting.
• Strong knowledge of masonry materials and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building plans.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare construction sites by cleaning and setting up tools and equipment.
• Lay out patterns or foundations according to building plans.
• Mix and pour cement or other materials to create mortar or grout.
• Cut and shape materials to fit specific dimensions using hand or power tools.
• Build walls, arches, floors, chimneys, fireplaces, and other structures as directed by blueprints or instructions.
• Repair existing structures by patching cracks or replacing damaged bricks or stones.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times on the job site.
