To strengthen our brand presence in the Norwegian B2C market, we are now looking for a structured and creative Local Marketing Coordinator for our Retail division.

Location: Oslo, Norway

Your Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will be the local go‑to person for our Retail (B2C) marketing in Norway. You will bridge regional strategy with local execution, driving brand awareness and generating demand. Your focus will be on executing and optimizing local initiatives, managing co‑marketing with dealers, and ensuring our global and regional activities are implemented effectively in the local market.

  • Execute & Adapt Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize local marketing campaigns across various channels. You will adapt regional marketing materials to ensure cultural relevance and alignment with Kärcher’s brand guidelines.
  • Drive Digital Engagement: Act as the operational contact for our local digital platforms. You will execute updates and content optimisation for the local webpage, social media, and newsletters in coordination with the regional content team.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Dealers: Align marketing activities with local sales goals to drive leads and growth. You will plan and deliver co‑marketing activities with dealers, ensuring strong visibility and a measurable return on investment.
  • Manage Projects & Budgets: Lead local marketing projects and events from planning to evaluation. You will manage the local marketing budget with efficient allocation and monthly follow‑ups, ensuring transparent reporting.
  • Analyze & Support: Track campaign performance and report insights to the regional team. You will also provide support and coordination assistance to the Danish marketing team when needed.
Your Profile

You are an organised and hands‑on marketing professional with a strong understanding of the retail landscape. You excel at project management, have a keen eye for detail, and are capable of building strong relationships with both internal sales teams and external partners.

Essential Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing communication, with experience in leading campaigns and projects.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage budgets and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with online marketing (Social Media, Newsletters) and content adaptation.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, fairs, and conferences.
  • Professional fluency in English and Norwegian.
Desirable Qualifactions
  • Previous experience in Retail Marketing or internships within the field.
  • Experience working with media agencies and planning.
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud and graphic design skills.
