Job summary

Roquette is a global leader in plant-based ingredients with a strong focus on sustainability and innovation. The Manufacturing Technology Engineer will join a cross-disciplinary team to optimize processes, troubleshoot production challenges and support plant improvements at Vormedal, Karmøy.

You will collaborate with production, maintenance, quality and R&D to drive continuous improvements, process safety and product scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or natural science field.
• Experience from industry, production, process engineering or similar is preferred.
• Interest in technology, improvement work and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Work in a cross-disciplinary team to improve processes and plant operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production.
• Support process safety and quality improvements.
• Assist in scale-up of products and implementation of changes.
