Job summary

You will lead daily briefings, coach sales colleagues, manage stock and POS processes, and ensure alignment with Dior standards while delivering exceptional client experiences. 8–10 years in beauty or luxury retail, Norwegian and English proficiency, maternity cover from Sep 1 for 1 year.

Qualifications

• Norwegian and English proficiency, any other language is a plus.
• 8–10 years of experience in beauty or luxury retail.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Ability to deliver exceptional client experiences in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive and motivate the team to reach daily goals.
• Lead daily brief with targets, trainings on novelties and top sellers, and store activations.
• Develop the team to deliver retail excellence and maintain Dior standards.
• Manage stock, POS operations, and inventory accuracy to support sales targets.
• Build durable relationships with clients through in-store and remote clienteling.
