JOB DESCRIPTION

The Logistics & Supply Chain Manager will own and optimize Ohdoki’s global supply chain, from production planning to end-customer delivery. The role ensures efficient, compliant, and cost-effective product flow across factories, OEM/ODM partners, logistics providers, and warehouses.

About the Role
Responsibilities
  • Lead production planning with factories and align with sales forecasts.
  • Manage logistics from manufacturing to last-mile delivery across global markets.
  • Oversee 3PL/4PL and warehouse performance (EU, UK, US, APAC).
  • Ensure customs, import/export, and compliance in all operational regions.
  • Build and manage OEM/ODM relationships; oversee supplier quality and contracts.
  • Maintain product certifications (CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH, GPSR, UKCA).
  • Track key KPIs (lead times, landed cost per unit, warehouse accuracy).
  • Lead the research, selection, and potential implementation of ERP/WMS systems.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Customer Operations, and E-Commerce to improve quality, compliance, and delivery performance.
  • Support strategic projects such as opening a new warehouse in Australia.
Immediate Priorities (First 6–12 Months)
  • Conduct a full audit of logistics, vendor management, and compliance.
  • Build visibility into cost structure and delivery performance.
  • Support ERP/WMS assessment and setup of a potential new warehouse in Australia.
  • Strengthen compliance and certification processes with Engineering.
Requirements
  • 5–8 years of experience in global supply chain/logistics (consumer electronics or hardware preferred).
  • Strong experience with factories, OEM/ODM partners, and logistics vendors.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH, GPSR, UKCA).
  • Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and project management skills.
  • Experience in ERP/WMS implementation and warehouse setup.
  • Analytical, structured, and proactive communicator with hands‑on problem‑solving skills.
  • Practical, collaborative, and hands‑on, suited for someone who can both analyze and execute.
Markets

~70% of sales are in the US, with logistics coverage across EU, UK, and APAC.

Location

Oslo HQ or nearby time zones (±2h).

Travel

occasional visits to warehouses, vendors, or events (e.g., CES).

Salary

Up to $5,800 per month, based on experience and qualifications.

Up to 66,000 NOK per month, based on experience and qualifications.
