Job summary

AdventureRecruit UAE is seeking a skilled Locksmith Supervisor to lead our Oslo, Norway locksmith team. The role oversees daily operations, mentors technicians, manages inventory, and ensures timely completion of projects while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ locksmith experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of locksmith tools and procedures. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Oslo, with a focus on safety and quality

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Locksmith or in a similar role.
• Proven experience managing a team and delegating tasks effectively.
• Strong knowledge of locksmith tools, techniques, and procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
