Job summary

PrimeForge Manufacturing is seeking a compassionate Live-In Caregiver to support elderly clients in the United States. The role includes helping with daily tasks, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship, with accommodation provided.

Requirements include a high school diploma, at least 1 year of caregiving experience, basic first aid/ CPR training, English proficiency, and the ability to pass a background check and obtain US work authorization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; certification or training in caregiving preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience caring for elderly clients.
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States and be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks required for caregiving.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Administer medication reminders according to schedule.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary restrictions.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean living environment.
• Engage in meaningful activities and provide companionship for social interaction.
• Monitor changes in client health and report to supervisor or family.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and changes in health status.
