TL;DR - We’re looking for an innovative, experienced Lifecycle Marketing Lead to build out Lovable’s lifecycle marketing strategy and team. You’ll own and run all lifecycle marketing and email marketing, working closely with activation, monetization and retention product squads as well as product marketers to maximize the impact of CRM marketing.

What we’re looking for:
  • 6+ years of experience in Email Marketing, CRM or Lifecycle Marketing.
  • Strong experience using email/CRM platforms such as Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io.
  • Deep experience with writing HTML/CSS for email edits.
  • Excellent analytical skills; familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker, or similar reporting tools.
  • SQL knowledge is a strong plus.
  • Track record of innovating in CRM.
  • Early adopter of AI in CRM.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Own the end-to-end management of Email and CRM campaigns, including segmentation, setup, testing, scheduling, and deployment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve CRM impact at Lovable, quantitatively size all potential opportunities on CRM and roadmap out in priority order, then execute fast.
  • Develop and execute data-driven experiments to test new messaging strategies, personalisation approaches, and segmentation techniques.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, etc.) and identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to explore new CRM capabilities, integrations, and customer engagement features.
  • Become a strategic partner for product marketing to maximise the impact of GTM campaigns.
