Job summary

Genomics in London is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a six-month delivery engagement for a major pharma partner. You will set up and embed a cross-functional team, coordinating across Engineering, Finance, Legal and People to deliver milestones on time.

You’ll run the delivery rhythm, report progress, manage risks and escalations, and ensure alignment with senior stakeholders on both sides throughout the engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering consulting-style projects for life sciences clients (pharma, biotech or healthcare).
• Experience setting up and embedding a client team to deliver a large-scale project.
• Experience in a scale-up environment and building structure where systems are not yet in place.

Responsibilities

• Set up and embed a multidisciplinary delivery team for the account.
• Coordinate delivery across Engineering, Finance, Legal and People stakeholders.
• Manage the delivery rhythm with the partner, including status meetings and escalations.
• Collaborate with Finance on budgets, forecasts and milestones, and with Legal on scope changes.
• Identify blockers early and clear them to keep the team moving.
